Pentru PCR. ADN polimerază recombinantă, termostabilă, din bacteria termofilă Thermus aquaticus sau Pyrococcus furiosus. Seria de ADN polimeraze ROTI®Pol, este alegerea optimă pentru toate protocoalele de ciclare PCR, fiind utilizată, de exemplu, în analiza eficienței clonării, pentru „gene fishing”, în procesele de screening de rutină, în testele educaționale și multe altele. În combinație cu tampoanele noastre special concepute, ADN polimerazele ROTI®Pol oferă o amplificare PCR specifică și reproductibilă cu o gamă largă de matrițe PCR.
