Reactiv de transfectare extrem de sofisticat pentru transfectarea mediată liposomal a liniilor celulare eucariote și a celulelor primare în cultură. ROTI®Fect PLUS reduce și mai mult efectele toxice ale transfectării, făcându-l un instrument versatil pentru transfectarea liniilor celulare sensibile sau a celulelor primare. Pe baza acestui fapt, ROTI®Fect PLUS este, de asemenea, recomandat în special pentru transfectare înainte de analizele in vivo (teste siRNA, microscopie in vivo, etc.), deoarece stresul de transfectare este minimizat, reducând efectele dependente de stres, cum ar fi rata celulelor induse de apoptoză. În plus, stabilitatea complexelor acid nucleic/lipid este diminuată în comparație cu ROTI®Fect,, îmbunătățind astfel eliberarea acizilor nucleici în celulă. Astfel, noua formulare liposomală a ROTI®Fect PLUS garantează transfectări blânde și extrem de eficiente, chiar și atunci când sunt manipulate linii celulare dificil de transfectat sau deosebit de sensibile.

Additionally, the stability of nucleic acid/lipid complexes is diminished in comparison with ROTI®Fect, therefore improving the release of nucleic acids in the cell.Thus, the newly established liposoma formulation of ROTI®Fect PLUS guarantees gentle and highly efficient transfections, even when hard-to-transfect or particularly sensitive cell lines are handled.
