Exactly pre-weighed pouches for convenient and rapid preparation of sodium phosphate solution.
Sodium phosphate buffer solutions are used in a variety of applications within molecular biology and biochemistry. In order to alleviate the effort involved, buffer preparation using the ROTI®Fair buffer pouches is most convenient.
Prepared solution may be sterilized by filtration (0,22 µm) or autoclaving. For long-term storage, buffer solution should be kept at +4 °C.
