Three-stage chemistry diaphragm pump for continuous, oil-free pumping of corrosive gases and vapours. Combines high suction capacity with very good ultimate vacuum. Ideal basic pump for environmentally friendly vacuum systems with efficient solvent recovery.
Application:
vacuum drying cabinets, large rotary evaporators as well as technical centres and mini-plant facilities.
- Shorter process times due to high suction capacity, even close to the ultimate vacuum
- All parts in contact with gas made of chemical-resistant fluoroplastics
- Long diaphragm service life, maintenance-free actuator
- Gas ballast valve: enables condensable vapours to be pumped out. Thanks to the very good ultimate vacuum (even with the valve open), it is also suitable for high boilers.
- Modularly expandable with intake separator (AK) and emission condenser (EK) - adaptable to changing process requirements
- ATEX conformity: II 3/- G Ex h IIC T3 Gc X Internal Atm. only
- Very low vibration and quiet in operation
