ROTIPHORESE®PAGE Matrix Buffer plus este un tampon de matrice de gel concentrat 4x pentru o separare îmbunătățită a proteinelor și o rezistență semnificativ mai mare a gelului.
ROTIPHORESE®PAGE Matrix Buffer plus poate fi utilizat pentru prepararea atât a gelului de stacking, cât și a gelului de rezoluție prin simpla înlocuire a sistemului de tampon Laemmli/TRIS- sau TRICIN-. Chiar și gelurile cu geluri de stacking cu o singură concentrație de acrilamidă, prezintă o calitate a separării proteinelor comparabilă cu cea a gelurilor cu gradient. Reprezentarea benzilor este semnificativ îmbunătățită în comparație cu sistemele de tampon standard.
ROTIPHORESE®PAGE Matrix Buffer plus oferă, de asemenea, o rezistență crescută a gelului, făcând manipularea gelurilor mult mai convenabilă, de exemplu în timpul separării plăcilor de sticlă sau în timpul transportului. Stabilitatea gelului este crescută, ducând la o durată de valabilitate mai lungă a gelurilor auto-preparate. Gelurile preparate cu ROTIPHORESE®PAGE Matrix Buffer plus pot fi, de asemenea, foarte bine utilizate pentru analiza proteinelor 2D sau pentru Western Blotting ulterior pe membrane NC sau PVDF.

ROTIPHORESE®PAGE Matrix Buffer plus is a 4x concentrated gel matrix buffer for enhanced protein separation and significantly higher gel strenth.
ROTIPHORESE®PAGE Matrix Buffer plus can be used for preparation of both stacking gel and resolving gel by simply replacing the Laemmli/TRIS-, or TRICIN-, buffer system. Even gels with stacking gels of only one acrylamide concentration, show a protein separation quality comparable to that of gradient gels. Band depiction is significantly enhanced compared to standard buffer systems.
ROTIPHORESE®PAGE Matrix Buffer plus also provides increased gel strength, making handling of the gels much more convenient, for instance during separation of the glass plates or during transport. Gel stability is increased, leading to longer shelf lifes of self-made gels. Gels prepared with ROTIPHORESE®PAGE Matrix Buffer plus may also very well be used for 2D protein analysis or for subsequent Western Blotting onto NC or PVDF membranes.
