For the cultivation of these cell lines, specific culture media have been formulated to meet their physiological requirements and to ensure high productivity and reproducibility. ROTI®Cell Insect-Sf Medium has been optimized in particular for the cultivation of Sf9, Sf21, and High Five™ cells.
